Water-based, thick gels that dry either transparent or opal matte. Perfect to create structures, use with stencils, or as a glue for mixed-media projects, adhering to metallic embellishments. Bonds to any surface strongly can be colored with the Transparent Pigments. Gets flexible when dried. Mix with Pigment Powders or Mineral Powders for a special effect.
